Please ensure that your new password adheres to the following guidelines.

• Contain a minimum of 8 characters.
• Contain a maximum of 20 characters.
• Include at least one numeric character (e.g. 1,2,3).
• Include at least one alphabetic character (e.g. a,b,c).
• Not include any spaces.

We also recommend that the following guidelines be observed:

• Not be composed of users name or other personal information
  (examples: birthday, spouse's name, SSN, favorite sports team, etc.).
• Not be identical to your first name, last name, or userID.
• Not contain three or more consecutive identical characters.
• Not be identical or substantially similar to any of the passwords used in the last year.
